Featuring an amazing pierced and cut paw print, these wild earrings were sawed entirely by hand from 18 gauge sterling silver. The two quarter sized discs were domed on a dapping block to create a curved form that reflects light to produce natural highlights with areas of brilliant shine, while the satin finish used preserved the natural grain structure in the sterling silver to add a subtle sparkle and silver shine. Curvature contributes character, depth, and dimension for a three dimensional effect that can't be captured with flat forms.
The earrings measure 1 inch in diameter or quarter sized and have hypoallergenic sterling silver ear wires. These earrings can also be customized or produced in aluminum, bronze, and copper.
