Measuring 2.5 inches long by .4 inch wide and cut from 18 gauge sterling silver, these collar stays can also be personalized with any names, initials, or words by entering your special requests in the notes to seller section during check out. The “I refuse to sink” was stamped into the metal one letter at a time and darkened with a black patina. By polishing the stays with a small silicon buffing wheel, a satin finish is produced for a lively silver glow while leaving the the lettering dark to convey that special message. The ends and edges were filed smooth and the stays will fit any shirt collar.
