This plectrum was cut from 18 gauge sterling silver stamped with a small guitar so as not to distract from the gorgeous glow of polished sterling silver. The rigidity of a sterling silver guitar pick is also perfect for intense single note work while enjoying the metallic tones that can only be produced by metal plectrums and picks. To minimize string wear, the sterling surfaces have been polished with a fine silicon buffing wheel and edges filed smooth by hand.
The plectrum measures 1.3 inches long by 1.2 inches wide and has a semi round tip.
