Tie bar with anchor in sterling silver
Tie bar with anchor in sterling silver
Keeping your tie a float and secure through stormy waters, this handmade aluminum tie bar was stamped in Corsiva Font with I refuse to sink and topped off with a little anchor. Cut as a flat band from 18 gauge sterling silver and formed by hand bending the sterling around a small cylinder to create the tie bar shape, this tie bar can be personalized with any additional text, symbols, initials and dates anywhere on the tie clip by entering your special requests in the notes to seller section during check out.
A pewter black patina was brushed into the hand stamped I refuse to sink lettering for contrast against the silver glow of the brushed sterling before filing the edges and rounding the end tabs for a classy finished appearance. Measuring 2.1 inches long by .25 inch wide, this tie bar is a very common size, however you can order a custom tie bar in any shape, size, style, font, and metal. I also offer this design in brass, sterling silver, and bronze.
